These Terms govern use of reiaconsultancy.com and REIAC services. By accessing the website, submitting an inquiry, using eligibility tools, uploading documents, or purchasing/requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
REIAC provides educational consulting and admission-support services including educational consultation, university/program guidance, eligibility assessment, admission assistance, document review, application preparation, and coordination with educational institutions.
2. No Guarantee
REIAC does not guarantee university admission, scholarships, visa issuance, visa extension/status change, immigration approval, employment, residence status, or any specific outcome. Universities make admission decisions and competent authorities make immigration decisions.
3. Eligibility Results
Eligibility checkers, calculators, assessments, and recommendations are preliminary informational tools and are not official admission, immigration, legal, or visa decisions.
4. Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, authentic, and current information/documents; meet deadlines; respond to requests; review application information; and follow university requirements.
5. Document Authenticity
Applicants must not submit forged, altered, misleading, or fraudulent documents. REIAC may suspend or terminate services where fraud is reasonably suspected and may take other lawful action.
6. University Decisions
Universities may request additional documents, reject applications, change requirements/deadlines/fees, modify programs, or request verification. REIAC does not control such decisions.
7. Immigration/Visa
REIAC may provide general study-related information. Unless expressly stated, REIAC does not provide legal representation or guarantee immigration outcomes.
8. Fees
Applicable service fees will be communicated before paid services begin. Fees may vary by service, university/program, application complexity, number of applications, and additional services. Third-party fees may be separate unless expressly included.
9. Third-Party Fees
University, government, testing, courier, translation, and other third-party charges are governed by the relevant third party’s policies.
10. Website Content
REIAC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but university requirements, fees, deadlines, immigration policies, and other information may change.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, REIAC owns or licenses website text, graphics, images, branding, logos, layout, designs, and original materials. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.
12. Prohibited Use
Users must not unlawfully use the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, submit fraudulent information, upload unauthorized documents, interfere with operations, access another user’s information, or abuse/overload the website.

REIAC may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misuse, abuse, security risks, non-payment, false documents, Terms violations, or legal/regulatory requirements.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, REIAC is not responsible for losses arising solely from university decisions, visa/immigration decisions, policy changes, applicant inaccuracies, third-party failures, or events outside REIAC’s reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

3. REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SERVICE TERMINATION POLICY
Effective Date: July 30, 2026
1. General
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether work has started/completed, documents reviewed, applications submitted, third-party costs incurred, and applicable law.
2. Cancellation Before Service Begins
If cancelled before REIAC starts the relevant paid service, the customer may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable law and clearly disclosed non-refundable third-party costs.
3. Cancellation After Service Begins
Once consulting, document review, application preparation, or other services begin, the refundable amount may be reduced to reflect services already provided, subject to applicable law.
4. Completed Services
Fees for fully completed services are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. University/Third-Party Fees
University application fees, government fees, examination fees, courier fees, translation fees, and other third-party charges are generally subject to the third party’s refund policy and applicable law.
6. Admission Rejection
A university rejection does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund of REIAC service fees where agreed services have already been performed. REIAC does not guarantee admission.
7. Visa Rejection
Visa refusal does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund of completed consulting/application services. Government or third-party fees are subject to the relevant authority’s rules.
8. Applicant-Caused Problems
Refunds may not be available to the extent permitted by law where services cannot be completed because the applicant provided false information/forged documents, failed to provide documents, missed deadlines, failed to respond, changed plans after substantial work, or failed to meet communicated requirements.
9. Refund Request
Requests should be submitted to [INSERT OFFICIAL EMAIL] and include applicant name, contact information, service purchased, payment date, reason, and relevant payment information. REIAC may request verification.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law and, where applicable, through the original payment method.
11. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
