Depends upon your university fee and scholarship. Normally student brings around 1500 Usd on cash suppose your fee per sem is 3 lakh , then flight around 40000~80000, shopping depends upon you,I recommand to bring around 1500usd with you

It depends upon city . Normally if you are live alone inboneroom rent is around 3lakh won to 5lakh , Food cost around 2 lakh to 4 lakh for normal. If you live with friends the cost will go low. Besides food and accomodation you have some other cost which depends uopn you like transportation cost, insurence is compulsory, mobile phone bills etc
